Notification to investors regarding the temporary suspension of redemptions and subscriptions in the funds managed by Thracian Invest AMC
Dear Investors,
Thracian Invest Asset Management Company EAD hereby informs you that, in connection with the introduction of the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria as of 1 January 2026, and pursuant to §4 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on the Introduction of the Euro (ZVERB), as well as in accordance with the clarifications received from the Financial Supervision Commission, the Board of Directors has adopted a decision to temporarily suspend the issuance and redemption of units of the following funds:
• Thracian – Alternative Income Fund
• Thracian – Innovations and Technologies Fund
The first calculation for 2026 will be published on 5 January 2026.
2. Reason for the temporary suspension:
In accordance with the Law on the Introduction of the Euro (ZVERB) and the instructions of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), all issuance and redemption operations must be temporarily suspended in order to:
• ensure a correct transition to the euro;
• guarantee the protection of investors’ interests;
• avoid inaccuracies in the conversion and valuation of assets;
• prevent the publication of issue prices and unit values that could mislead investors during the transition period.
3. What does this mean for you?
• During the suspension period, no new subscription or redemption orders will be accepted.
• All orders received after 16:00 on 22 December 2025 will not be executed, and any transferred funds will be returned to the same account from which they were sent.
• The net asset value and unit prices will not be published for 23/12/2025 and 29/12/2025.
• The management company and the depositary bank will remain in full control of the management, reporting, and protection of investors’ interests throughout the process.
